Cancellation Policy
If you're booking in advance please note that a £20 deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. Full payment must be made before the session begins. If payment is not received your booking will not be confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or credited. If you are more than 15 minutes late the session will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Life coaching is a commitment and I ask that you show up on time and fully present. In return I will offer you a focused supportive and safe space where you can explore how to move forward from your current challenges.
